Inspired by antique lighting and a craftsman mechanical function over 100-years old Landmark's engineers have created a pull-down/push-up counterweight Pendant at a very attractive price point. Rugged spun steel construction with high-end counterweight and pulley system with a durable Oiled Bronze finish with a Classic White Glass Shade. This is the sort of pendant you would have seen in farmhouses C1900 to the early 1950's. Why they fell into disuse is a mystery to me because of their very useful functionality. Pull-up for dinner. Pull-down for homework, sewing or hobby-work. 39 to 70" overall height range. 8" wide. 100-watts for good light.
