1. Eligibility: Homeclick's Spring Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of forty-eight (48) contiguous United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Home Décor Products, Inc. and its affiliates and their respective employees, directors, shareholders, officers and agents or other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited.
2. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, contestants must complete an online entry by either signing up on the Sweepstake Page, www.homeclick.com, or placing an order. The contestant is only allowed one entry online. If the contestant has previously opted in to receive Homeclick emails, and received notification of the Sweepstakes via email, they have an additional opportunity to forward the email to up to eight (8) of their friends to receive one (1) additional entry.
3. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on March 2, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on March 27, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
4. Prizes: Four (4) grand prizes will be raffled off every Friday during March 2009 starting Friday, March 6th through Friday, March 27th, 2009. The prizes include: One (1) Vermont Castings - The Experience Signature Series VCS4005 Model BBQ Gas Grill. One (1) Lee Garden Park Outdoor Furniture Package. One (1) Waring Pro Professional Drink Mixer. One (1) Wusthof 8 piece Knife Set. All other entrants (non-winners) will be emailed a coupon for $15 off of a future purchase of $199 or more by April 10, 2009. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) and odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.

5. General Terms: Contestants will be required to supply a valid email address. Winner will be notified via the supplied email address. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's names and likenesses for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation. The contestant’s email address will be opted in to receive promotional emails from Home Décor Products, Inc. and will not be sold to any third party. All contestants have the option to opt out of any future communication from Home Décor Products by simply using the one click unsubscribe located at the bottom of every email.
6. Sweepstakes Winners: Four winners will be randomly selected over the course of four (4) weeks and notified via email. Each entry will be eligible to win a Home Décor product each week. When a winner is pulled, that email address will be removed from the weekly drawings.
