Q: I just placed an order. How will I know when it's shipping?

Q: Why was my credit card charged and my product(s) still havent arrived?

A: Because the majority of our products are special order, your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please call us toll free at 800-643-9990.

Q: I need to return something. Why is there a 25% restocking fee?

A: The 25% restocking fee is because a majority of our products must be returned directly to the manufacturer for credit, who charges us a 25% restocking fee. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, our customer service staff will try and help you with this on a case by case basis.
