The Barista Digital Italia makes the home-brewing of delicious espresso so easy!

This machine is equipped with the Saeco Aroma System: pre-brewing cycle to maximize flavor. To optimize the flavor extraction, a special program step injects a little hot water into the freshly ground coffee, in order to soak it and let it swell up. This is done just before the actual brew cycle commences.

The Barista Digital Italia is also equipped with the Rapid Steam system, which means that only a few seconds are needed to switch from dispensing the coffee to the steam ejection so as to make lots of cappuccinos and coffees with a dash of milk.
