I purchased this unit because, as pictured, it looked attractive, had the correct height of 10" and, of course, the price was very good compared to other stainless 36" models. However, what the website's picture does not reveal is that the 10" height is only on the back side of the unit. The front end is actually 4-5" higher than the back end, thus, when hung on the wall at the proper height the entire underside of the hood is visable--not the look we were going for. This design flaw is shown in the Specifications tab, however, because those drawings depict the unit from a top down view, they do not acurately reflect how it will look at eye level. [...], we are sending the unit back. Just another lesson in "if it seem too good to be true, it probably is."
