Comments about Villeroy & Boch New Wave 5 Piece Place Setting:
I use the product for everyday use. I have two sets of everyday dishes and it matches both sets. The products design is very clean and contemporary. The product is light in weight. It is high in quality. Each piece has its own unique twist. The knife has the most twist and the thickest handle, which works because if the handle on the knife was not as thick than it would not be as comfortable to handle. I thought the products handles would have been a little thicker but it does not bother us.
The delivery of my order was prompt. The product actually arrived sooner than I expected. It was packaged very nicely. Each place setting has its own box than all the sets were sent in one big boxes with peanuts to protect them. Once the product arrived, I checked each piece individually and found no problems. Each piece was the quality I was looking for. I am very satisfied. I did not have to use customer service for any reason this time. They sent me emails and kept me updated so I did not have to. In the past when I have had to they were very polite and helped me with my needs.
