I will use these glasses most for special occasions, but they can easily be used for everyday. I love the simplicity and the optic cut to the glass...my favorite.

I just ordered 21 glasses to finish my set of 10 of each style. The glasses are my favorite, they look great on my formal table as well as more casual. They look beautiful in my glass-front cabinets upside-down. [...]. Thanks

This is very fine Austrian crystal and very fragile. Since it has such a "bell" shape be careful when toasting!

I'm so practical that I won't buy expensive crystal stemware, so I opted for these wonderful Mikasa lead crystal French Countryside stems. They are beautiful and practical, and with Home Click I can still afford them! I use them when family comes over, as well as for special occasions and parties. This product covers it all, and I don't "die" when one is broken (like I do with my sister's stems that cost [$]each).

Very pretty piece, but the design lends itself to be fragile.

Good for the price
By Tea Lady from Ionia, MI on 8/28/2007
Pros:
Good Value, High Quality
Cons:
very fragile
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Purchased this a few years ago, as we thought the shorter stems would be more durable. It is beautiful on the table, but the fluted drinking edges have proven to be very fragile and chip extremely easily. Of course, at this price, you can afford to replace the broken ones.
