These glasses are beautiful. I bought them and then my friend saw them. We both love the feel of them and the look.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was extemely fast. Everything was in perfect condtion. Customer service was extremely helpful. We had one damaged box from a diffent company,not Mikasa, and home click was amazing. It was dealt with in 24 hours . Impressive!

Elegant in appearance, yet heavy duty enough to ease worries over breakage. Have used these goblets and iced beverage gobletsfor many years and they look just as good today as when new. They are a timeless design that is rugged and durable!

The Park Lane line is heavy and thicker than most glassware and stemware. It's "restaurant" durable and looks impressive.

Substantial, elegant and affordably priced. I have an extensive collection now and am very pleased. Very good selection too but I wish Mikasa would make a snifter in this pattern. Great for formal dinners and cocktail parties; affordable enough for everyday use.

Service & Delivery comments:

I ordered not only the wine, but also several iced beverage, martini, old fashion, goblet, champagne, and cordial. Everything arrived in a timely fashion, most of the pieces were fine but there were a few that had some manufacturing defects. Customer service assured me replacements in Jan. so we shall see how that goes. So far, I'm very pleased with service.
