The product is serviceable, but it was not made in England. The seller was not able to tell me this before I bought it.

Comments about Spode Christmas Tree Tea Pot and Cover:
Christmas Tree Spode tea pot and cover. Product arrived as scheduled in a perfect Spode box. Quality was less than perfect and the tag indicated it was not made in the UK, which I thought where Spode was made. The piece looked like it a second. The green outline around the lid was not perfect. Having said all that--for the price it was close enough. I have since read that Spode production has been outsourced to some other country.
Delivery was prompt. Piece was in excellent condition. Did not use customer service.
