My "Pomona" was clearly marked "Made in Britain" and came in perfect condition. Well priced.[...] Absolutely no complaints.

This is a brand name British company. However, you on line ad failed to state these dishes are made in China.
This is tantamount to false advertising since we were purchasing a Portmeirion brand item which is normally made in Britain.
They lack a serial number, and the color as applied is not clear.

The dishes are beautiful - they are a bit heavy when you are lifting over a dozen out of the cupboard.
