This is a small serving dish. I bought two because of the shape...they can nest. HOWEVER, my husband likes to use it as a cereal/soup/pasta bowl because he can hold the small end with his thumb...ease of tilting it for better food access. SO, I reluctantly tried it...being one who likes to use something for its intended use...and found it a great bowl for eating.
