Simply put, you can't beat this set for style, price and all around great deal. I got the set plus all the extras (casserole, salt/pepper, butter, oval serving plate, gravy, xtra vegetable bowl). The plates say dishwasher safe, but the detail looks too good for that to be true! I like this so much and price was so attractive, I bought the 45-piece set to make a full 12-person setting with four extra. The price/value for the sets can't be beat. Very solid and just nice to look at. This will be my "good set" of china for special occasions.
If I *HAD* to give a con, I'd say not to expect a super dainty set of china- but I guess that's a pro too. The trim has a raised feel and I wonder if some will come off at some point? Given they say it's dishwasher safe, I'm guessing it won't, but only time will tell. One one of the pieces (the butter dish) you can see a seam in the trim if you eyes are good and you stare at it close up. Seriously, I have to stretch to come up with bad things to day about this stuff.
It took a while (several weeks) to come, but that was noted at checkout. They said by Dec 15th and I got it on the 8th, just in time for my pre-christmas dinner. One item came damaged and they are sending me a free return shipping plus full money back, no questions asked. I'd buy from these guys again in a heartbeat.
