Comments about Ambiance Romance 16 Piece Place Setting:

I love the design and look of this place setting except the fact that the thickness and size varied from each setting. Some plates were 1/4 inch thick making them heavier and also smaller while others were 1/8 inch thick and the perfect weight. The packaging of the place settings was horrible(I ordered 4-16 piece place settings), 16 out of 64 pieces were broken. They sent me replacements but the color was dramatically different. I tried to explain this but the explaination I received was they're handmade but I think they should have been a better effort to be consistent since I ordered them at the same time.

Actually - I cheated. I ordered a 16-piece set from another vendor then decided I wanted an additional set, but the other vendor had gone out of business. I was so happy to find the item and the service was great!!! Thank you.
