I highly recommend this smoker. It's not only easy to use but it works real well. The more you use it the more proficient you get at it.
it is a good product I have used it a few times with good results. the temp does very at times from what is shown maybe beause of outside temp so I use a remote thermomter to cross reference
I owned the four rack Stainless Bradley Smoker. I love the larger smoking space in the six rack, the digital smoking system is performing up to my expectations and maintains smoke box temperatures very well. It also allows for higher temperatures than my manual four rack system did. I am very happy with this unit and highly recommend it.
The only thing that I would like to see Bradley do to upgrade this model is to create a DIGITAL SIX RACK smoker in ALL STAINLESS STEEL. That would be my dream smoker.
This is the greatest smoker. No mess with charcoal, very little clean up. Smokes in a lot less time than the charcoal smoker. I can't thank of anything bad to say about it, only that I waited so long to get one.

Temperature swing is as much as 44 degrees from the point you set it at. Common experience among owners of this unit. Read about it at the Bradley Forum page. Bradley is aware of this "feature" and just says it is similar to your home oven (with a 44 degree temperature swing?). Very little added benefit in this model for the hefty price difference compared to the original, non digital, model. Save your bucks and buy the original model.
