I was a little concerned that the assemble was going to be extensive but I assembled 2 in an hour and a half with only help from my wife for about 10 minutes. You will need a second set of hands to complete the assemble.
Having never owned heaters before, I thought that they would put out more heat. These heaters are made to take the chill out of the air, not to heat up a covered patio when it is 25 degrees outside. I believe that they will hold up well.

Product assembles easily for a reasonably competent tool guy/gal. Construction, fit, and finish is as advertised and is much sturdier then the lesser expensive warehouse club models. Even with a ceramic insert, triple dome, and angled heat unit, heating was only effective to about 10 feet. Even with lesser heating area the unit is very well built and funtions perfectly with easy lighting and rapid heating time.
