Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This is a great heater for covered patios. We are using it in front of a 60" square table, which works well. It is a powerful heater. It would be ideal if it had a thermostat, but is an excellent product. Installation was rather expensive, despite proximity to a gas line, as it requires a 3/4" line.
