Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
anyone mounting it to a tree like i did will need to come up with some way to level it. shims don't work too well and don't look good. eitehr some small or circular shims might be good to include or some king of flange type cover along with small shims might work. it would be good to cover the screws anyway. still i'm very happy with the product and the value.
