Looks great, but fire started 1st time used, due to a bit of fat on spare ribs. Infra-red too hot, even on low! What a mess![...]

This grill is not for the beginner, it gets very hot at all settings, you will burn alot of meat trying to figure out the correct flame setting. It is quite large, bulky and heavy-not what I would consider to be a portable grill. The case is flimsy and tore the 1st time that I transported the grill, the pockets are too small to fit standard propane bottles.
Comments about Napoleon Appliance Prestige II Freestyle Portable Grill w/ Infra-Red Burner - PTSS215P1:
The area available to cook is quite small. I can cook only one steak directly over the burner. It does cook fast, and the heat does render an "almost charcoal" grill taste. I like to use it when I'm in a hurry and only want to cook small portions. For the big time I use charcoal.

this grill cooks food like no other grill, the food is juicy and dripping with flavor, the non stick alluminum foil is the best thing to use and poke a small hole to let the juices flame back onto the food.....no taste of propane at ALL....i wouldnt waste time writing this if i wasnt overly impressed,as im very hard to please and not to good on the typing...buy it,worth every penny, and wipes up after each use...
