This is the first gas grill I can cook with charcoal on, infrared, and true indirect cooking.
Chef's can cook slow at 160 F or at 1800 F with infrared!!!! Awesome!

Went from a Weber Genesis 1000. It was a great slow cooker but never quite seared the steak or scallops to my liking. The Napoleon does both. Great heat control and distribution. The rear burner does a great job slow cooking. And it gets hot! I never needed the long handled b'bque tools with my Weber. The grill was easy to assemble. I am quite satisfied with its construction. The stainless steel exterior quickly shows any scratches or nicks; enamel would have probably been a better choice. The provided cooking guide is useless unless you like your food very well done. I had a very hard time selecting a grill, with the hundreds of models on the market. I was swayed by the life time guarantee. I do believe this is the last grill I will every buy.

The grill works well. Lights easily and has a couple of diffrent heat zones. I ordered the wrong grill (my fault) and couldn't change my order. Would have liked the infra-red bottom burner (I think.)

Absolutely a great grill...once you get it together. Assembly instructions are near worthless and the components are not clearly identified. If you are not mechanically inclined, get help.

I've had this grill for over a year without any troubles. Outside still looks new. Better value than the comparable VC brand. I use this on average of 3 times per week. Get the upgraded rotisserie and motor for 25 pound turkeys!
