THIS MINI SMOKER OUTDOES ALL BBQS

I have owned a KAMADO for over 30 years and decided that I'd like a smaller version that doesn't waste energy.(fuel) Although I was very adept with the larger version, it will take a little while to fine tune the procedure of using the mini version.

The first two times I used the smoker, I didn't get quite the quality I wanted and was accustomed to with the larger smoker. This will not take that long as there are several adjustments that are available on this smoker!
