    The small Big Green Egg is perfect for cooking small, quick meals for a family of 3 - 4. I also use it for cooking my side dishes and desserts when cooking for guests or extended family. An excellent companion to the large egg. Extremely portable and durable - the small Big Green Egg goes camping with us each time we hit the road. Nothing beats the smell of BBQ when you're out in the wilderness!

    Steaks and hamburgers are mouthwatering and it is very simple to use. It is much easier to pick up a bag of charcoal than bother with gas. It heats up very quickly and the unused lump charcoal is not wasted.
