Replaced my nickel PB chandelier that I had for 10 years with this one and I'm so pleased! My husband hung it up with no trouble and it's nice and bright. Looks great over my table and I got it just in time for Thanksgiving dinner.Blends well with my eclectic style.

Product was exactly what I expected. I had seen it at my local hardware store, but found it here for much less. I was afraid of buying a big (fragile) item online, but it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition and the chandelier is gorgeous.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was within the specified time frame. Tracking was helpful so I knew exactly when it was to come. I did have a portion of my order not arrive, so I called within 3 days of delivery (fine print, make sure you read that!) and that portion of my order was refunded without hassle. Very happy with their customer service. Only had to call once!
