Feel the strength of Silgranit® granite sinks, featuring the touch and feel of natual stone. Unlike cast iron and soft composite materials, Silgranit® combines the best performing ingedients to produce kitchen sinks that are hygenic, durable, stain resistant, easy-to-clean, and do not absorb odors or bacteria.

Silgranit® contains 80% natural granite, mixed with acrylic resin, which gives the sink its resilience and ability to be molded into striking designs. Pigments provide color, which is present throughout the sink ensuring consistant color and durability. As tough and durable as the are good looking, all Silgranit® sinks are backed by Blanco's limited lifetime warranty.

Non-porous design resists most household stains, including: coffee, tea, mustard beet juice, red wine, and hair dyes.
Easy to clean with a scrub pad and any non-abrasive cleaner

We extensively expanded and remodeled the kitchen and replaced the double bowl stainless steel sink with this Blanco Diamond Anthracite in black, which looks great with our black countertop. Washing pans and cookie sheets was a chore in our old sink because they were hard to maneuver cleaning and rinsing. Initially, I looked for a large single bowl, but I was reluctant to have a drainboard and dish clutter on the countertop for the clean dishes. This 1-3/4 sink was perfect. The curved back and size of the left sink allows washing our large pans with ease and the left sink is great for draining the clean dishes. It has been easy to maintain and looks good with no water spots on the black surface when it dries. Very satisfied and will probably get the smaller size for our prep sink on the island.

Doesn't scratch or discolor over time, stands up to heavy use. Even the dark color doesn't show water spots with the matte finish. A pleasure to have in a busy kitchen.

It looks wonderful with my new granite counter tops. I considered the undercounter version, but it is so beautiful, I am fine with the drop in. It dries without spots and always looks like I just cleaned it.
