Feel the strength of Silgranit® granite sinks, featuring the touch and feel of natual stone. Unlike cast iron and soft composite materials, Silgranit® combines the best performing ingedients to produce kitchen sinks that are hygenic, durable, stain resistant, easy-to-clean, and do not absorb odors or bacteria.

Silgranit® contains 80% natural granite, mixed with acrylic resin, which gives the sink its resilience and ability to be molded into striking designs. Pigments provide color, which is present throughout the sink ensuring consistant color and durability. As tough and durable as the are good looking, all Silgranit® sinks are backed by Blanco's limited lifetime warranty.

Non-porous design resists most household stains, including: coffee, tea, mustard beet juice, red wine, and hair dyes.
Easy to clean with a scrub pad and any non-abrasive cleaner

[...] It only weighed 45 pounds when they shipped it to us and cracked on install. The replacement sink package from Blanco weighs 70 pounds.Secondly Blanco's warranty only covers the sink not its installation and undermount installation gets expensive especially if paid for twice.Third, the scratch-free, stain free ad for this sink seems like a scam when it can break that easily. The warranty professional claims nothing should be dropped in this sink. Coming to the actual sink, I like the depth and the design. My husband does not. SO it an individual taste thing. The ledge takes a bit of getting used to but can be useful. The 2 stars I gave are only for depth and design.Zero stars for reliability, durability, and the dealer.
