Feel the strength of Silgranit® granite sinks, featuring the touch and feel of natual stone. Unlike cast iron and soft composite materials, Silgranit® combines the best performing ingedients to produce kitchen sinks that are hygenic, durable, stain resistant, easy-to-clean, and do not absorb odors or bacteria.

Silgranit® contains 80% natural granite, mixed with acrylic resin, which gives the sink its resilience and ability to be molded into striking designs. Pigments provide color, which is present throughout the sink ensuring consistant color and durability. As tough and durable as the are good looking, all Silgranit® sinks are backed by Blanco's limited lifetime warranty.

Non-porous design resists most household stains, including: coffee, tea, mustard beet juice, red wine, and hair dyes.
Easy to clean with a scrub pad and any non-abrasive cleaner

This sink is beautiful and very practical . Doesn't scratch and washes easily. I like the set up larger deeper sink and smaller garbage disposal side. Easy to install, No problems with delivery or ordering. Very pleased.

Well, since I've just had the sink a few weeks I can't speak to its reliability--and I didn't install it, so I can't address installation! But it is absolutely beautiful, and somehow there's a ton more "sink" in the same space as my old sink. This model makes wonderful use of a small space. I love the two sizes, but the smaller side is still big enough to fit plenty of dishes. It's deep but not too deep--just perfect.

Service & Delivery comments:

The sink ended up being backordered and I had to call several times to figure out when I'd actually get it. It took a few weeks longer than hoped for, especially as I had countertops scheduled. That said, people were very nice and responsive on the phone, and I checked all over the web when the sink was late, and sure enough it was out of stock--and more expensive--everywhere else.
