I chose the stainless sink grid that is recommended for the shaw farm sink for the durability with hot pots and my cast iron pans. It looks nice, protects the bottom of the sink, and eases my mind. It fits well and despite the food that gets caught in and under it, or the silverware that sometimes gets caught, I think it is worth the trouble. I simply lift it to rinse out the sink...but I have to in mine because of the water that I have to push down the drain that puddles in my large sink. The grid also has little rubber edges that help protect the sink. I had reservations about getting this particular grid due to the price, but for these sinks, I would buy it again...and I would definitely choose the stainless.

A must have with the Rohl sinks. This grid protects your investment. I had the white but it got ugly from hot pots and everyday use. This SS one is so easy to keep clean and it looks sharp.
