Fits perfect. Keeps pots and pans from scratching bottom of sink. allows you to have a hard bottom to push against when you are cleaning those stubborn stains in pots and pans. I use all types of cooking ware, from cast iron to aluminum and cleanup can be rough on the sink bottom, not any more!
Great item. I bought one for every sink, including the 2 in the outdoor kitchen.

If you buy a nice sink like this, you will want to protect it with a rack or mat of some sort. Because of the size and placement of the drain, there really isn't anything available that fits except the rank that was made for it. This rack is very study and well made and of course fits perfectly. I searched the net, and [...] had it for the best price and [...].
