I also was disappointed that there was no recommended drill size either on the this site or the Blanco web pages. I first tested in soft wood and decided that a 7/32 inch drill was correct, but when I drilled into the maple butcher block, I could not insert the brass fittings. I redrilled with a 1/4" and they tapped in tightly.

These undermount clips were purchased for use with the Blanco small bar sink. The sink can be undermount or top mount.
These clips come ten to a bag, and perform as designed without issue.
While these are included when purchasing an undermount only sink, they are not included with an either/or sink. Too bad.

Good product, would like to see instruction on drill bit size.
