Stainless, made in Belgium garbage can is the nicest one I have come across. A pedal opens the lid, and the inner plastic bucket comes out easily. This size is somewhat tall and skinny for an office garbage can, but can work well in the kitchen. Brabantia makes numerous different size cans, check the measurements before you order to see if it will match your application.
