this is actually the third or fourth dispenser i have owned, all the same model. i think ise could probably make them last a bit longer with a little better material, but it's still a good value. once you have used one for a while, you can't live without one on your sink. the last one lasted six years...not too bad, i guess.

Hot Water Tap was at a great price.

Water tank leaks after 3 years on older models. This is the fourth unit purchased in 12 years. Tank mounts easier. Still a good value.

This purchase was a replacement hot water dispenser. I have purchased at least 4 in the past 10 years. We have hard water and I bought it specifically for the 3 year in home warranty. Once you have instant hot water you really can't live without it. I use it every day.
