This replaces a different model which wore out. I missed not having instant hot water. This model is easier to use that the original one. Would highly recommend having instant hot water at your fingertips.

The appliance arrived in a box that had obviously been opened and taped shut. It made us uneasy. However, all parts were included. After installation the dispenser works well. We are satisfied.

This unit replaced an older version of the GN3 by In-Sink-Erator. My old unit stopped working after 10 years and I replaced with same model.
