Haven't had this installed too long, but it is very nice looking and operates well. It does make some noise when it is heating up after being used.

Best upgrade we've made yet to our kitchen. Hot side speeds up meal prep time & tea time. And we prefer the room temp. water to the ice cold version out of our refrigerator. [...] looks great, works well, & installs easily...a great product [...].

NICE PRODUCT, BUT NOT SETUP TO HANDLE GOING INTO GRANITE. THEY HAVE A ADAPTER BUT ITS NOT ON THEIR WEBSITE, I FOUND IT ON THE INTERNET, THEN IT WAS VERY HARD TO FIND LOCALLY. ADAPTER SHOULD COME WITH UNIT OR THEY SHOULD MAKE IT LONGER TO FIT GRANITE.
