Best stirfry pan ever. Flip almost anything. My favorite pan. I bought replacements for myself and my mother. Wish they still made it.

I have always preferred Circulon. It is getting very hard to find in stores.

I have two, and bought one for my mother-in-law. The food does not stick - needs little or no oil to turn out perfect eggs w/out tearing.
