Nice roomy and deep pan. Glass lid a plus for watching the food while cooking.Nice quality towel and spoon. Top Chef cookbook a nice bonus.

I love Calphalon Contemporary products and the Braiser set is a great addition to my collection! It's 6 qt. capacity is an excellent size for everyday and special event use. Everything cooks well in the pan and clean up is a breeze. It distributes heat evenly and it heats up quickly. It's Great!!!

Service & Delivery comments:

I had great difficulty with delivery. I received emails stating both items ordered were in stock. After several emails and phone calls and 4 weeks I was finally informed that one of the items was discontinued so I called and asked that the braiser set be sent ASAP. It was and I received it before the holidays - it all worked out in the end! Thanks.

I purchased the 10 pc set and the 13 inch braiser was part of the free gift. We've used it several times and really are enjoying it. The braiser is very usefull for cooking lots of different things we even used it to boil pasta once.
