My son is using this at college and loves it! He did say that the cord is too short and needs to be very close to the power bar for all of his other electronics. He loves the fact that he does not have to use paper filters.

This is a great maker if one cup satisfies you. It brews right into the cup, so you can make it on the run. The permanent filter works great and is a nice feature. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I bought this as a travel coffee machine for my husband who loves coffee in a motel room. The hotel only leaves 1 pouch and it's usually lousy. We took the machine and a Tupperware of ground coffee(has permanent filter)in a carrying tote and we were very happy. We would make a cup into the travel mug and pour into another travel mug and start another so we had plenty of good coffee. It's lightweight and easy to clean!
