Comments about Bodum Columbia Thermal 3-Cup Coffee Press - 1303-16US:
I have a habit of breaking carafes and have gone through a lot of them. So when I broke mine this last time I had had enough. I found this and it is sooo nice! It's unbreakable, keeps the coffee hot, has two pieces instead of 5, looks good and is of great quality. I've used Bodum for 10 years now and this is the best yet!

I already have the other two larger sizes of the Columbia, and I love them dearly --they all serve their purposes. I really do like this 3-cup size when I make coffee just for myself because I like a 10 oz cup. It's just a perfect size for me. I tried 11 oz of water in this 3-cup coffee maker, and that was too much --it leaked over the top. If you like a larger cup, or if you make coffee for more than one person, I'd suggest one of the larger Columbia coffee presses. I'd recommend the middle size for a large cup or for two people. I think the Columbia line is fantastic as coffee presses go --very stylish, convenient, won't break like glass will, thermal, etc., but just choose the right size.
