Does a great job on our carpet picking up our long haired dog's hair. Unfortunately, the unit we received was faulty. Due to a manufacturing error, it was not possible to disengage the rotating brush for hard surface cleaning. We had to take it to the authorized shop to have it fixed before ever using it.
