I love my InterBake 3 so much that I am demonstrating its use tomorrow at a medical center in Nashville to the Celiac Support Group. It bakes waffles, pizelles, and panini perfect every time. When I use it I set it on the counter near my microwave. I know exactly how much time it takes to bake each food item, and by using the timer on my microwave I never have to guess when the food is done. Because the plates pop out they are easy to clean as well as wiping off the baker. Two of my friends have them and like theirs just as well.

Comments about VillaWare InterBake 3 - 2 Square - V5230:

I bought this and have only used it thus for for the Pizzelles. Although, the waffles and sandwhiches will be used occasionally. The plates pop in and out great, they are quick and easy to clean. The biggest problem is that if any batter gets off the plates and onto the rest of the unit it is a pain to clean. Plus each plate has a plastic handle on the side that is also terribly hard to clean in between. I had to scrub it with a q-tip. Aside from that it seems to cool quickly varying cooking times from less than 1 minute to about 3, which can be problematic. Also, having no real timer makes it challenging, you just have to guess and open the thing up to visually check. Despite these shortcomings the various interchangable plates are a great space saver for my apt and it does indeed cook, so it is worth the money.
