Comments about VillaWare Ice Cream Maker - V5100:

I have never had problems with this product. We have made lots of different types of ice creams in it including regular and low carb. It freezes the stuff just fine and in a reasonable amount of time (1/2 hour or so). It isn't whisper quiet but it isn't particularly loud either. Remember that ice cream from a home maker is not like that from the store - so the texture is different and no, it isn't as firm - but it tastes WAYYYYY better. After we make and eat the ice cream, we immediately wash the bowl and get it into the freezer sao that if we want ice cream the next night, we can have it. I would definitely buy this again.

Followed instuctions exactly and it didn't freeze the ice cream. I threw the machine in the garbage. Its useless.
