While I like that it's heavy duty and really easy to slide the different grills/griddles in and out, it takes forever to cook. We're talking half an hour for a fresh burger patty and 45 minutes to an hour for a boneless skinless chicken breast. If time's not a factor in your cooking, then this product is great. I liked it for cooking pancakes--no issues, there.

I only got this about two hours ago, but I used it to make strawberry pancakes and they came out perfectly! I love that the lid actually flips all the way flat onto the counter for two separate grills or griddles for more food. So far, it's a great product and the plates switch out easily.
