This gift shows well right out of the box, beautiful and easy to use. The only drawback is that this is an air popper so the popcorn requires adding salt and butter. Grandkids love the look of this popper.

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my sister in law. When she opened it, she was delighted because she had always wanted one. It's a very attractive appliance and one that I would be proud to display in my own kitchen. She has tried the product and it works very well. I would definitly buy this product again.

Service & Delivery comments:

I was a little nervous because the e mail confirmation I received said it would be shipped on or before 12/20/07. That statement led me to believe that if it were shipped Thursday 12/20/07 and took an average 4 to 5 days to get it, then it would not arrive until the week of Christmas itself, possibly after Christmas. I called Customer Service around 12/15 and was immediately assured by a very helpful agent that my product had already shipped via Fed Express and should be receiving soon. To make a long story short, I received the product on time and it arrived in excellent condition. My suggestion would be that when giving confirmations of orders, it would be better if you could give more specific shipping information. I was tempted to cancel the order once I saw that, but I was willing to take a chance that it would come on time. I'm glad I did because it is an excellent product!
