To save on electricity and to keep from using the regular oven generating too much heat, I chose to get this toaster. Having read many reviews, this was supposed to be one of the best. I am very pleased with it.

the first one i had was a bummber went cold dead in 2 days got a new one from the retailer and i like it a lot . cant figure how to clean the quartz though but love the taoster

After two days this product acted up and now we are waiting to send back for a new one. Two days it was great and then something happened and it won't shut off at times. Burns my toast or undercooks it--Never know what I will have. I hope to get a new one with out all these problems. Has great features but this one was a bummer.

In 45 years of marriage we have gone through several 'toaster ovens', but few of them have really been able to toast bread satisfactorily. Since we make all our own bread, it is important to us to be able to enjoy it properly toasted. This 'toaster oven' actually toasts!!

This is our 1st Toaster Oven and again Krups lives up to it's reputation for quality. My wife is very old fashioned and super critical of anything but the most basic kitchen items. She has even complimented it highly. Neither of us would ever return to a toaster again. Production is higher, toast is better, it is more versatile and is complimentary to the kitchen's overall appearance
