It is gr8 to put a spare mixing bowl aside, after mixing. To be able to move on and mix-up another part of the recipe is a dream come true…not to mention a real time and aggravation saver! There is no stopping the process to pull out a storage bowl and go thru' the trouble of scraping-out the mixing bowl, washing it out and moving on. If the (for example) egg whites need to be chilled, snap the cover on the bowl, refrigerate.
These covers work gr8! I’ve wanted a Kitchen-Aid Professional Mixer my whole life. To be able to add these to my accessories, certainly heighten my bliss. Treat yourself, like I did, to an extra bowl and these covers. You’re worth it!
