I love this ice cream maker. I recently received a kitchenaid stand mixer, which I've been wanting forever, and the ice cream attachment was the first one I got. It is foolproof for making amazing ice cream. My only recommendations are: just leave it in the freezer all the time, otherwise you have to know 24 hours in advance when you're going to make ice cream; make sure you thoroughly chill your ice cream base, at least four-five hours if you want the ice cream to really freeze. I highly recommend this product.
