Comments about KitchenAid Classic Series Stand Mixer - K45SSWH:

Good day from the Big Easy! My husband absolutely LOVES his KitchenAid mixer! He's had it for 3 weeks now, and he's baked several cakes, pies and pans of light bread. This mixer has a reputation that precedes it. They're supposed to last for decades, and this one looks like it's sturdy enough to do so.The only con is that when you're making bread, the dough tends to climb up the dough hook. It means extra cleaning when you're done, but that's a minor nuisance compared to the reduced time that you'll spend kneading dough by hand. Also, this mixer takes up some counter space; if you're limited in that area, be prepared to devote a special space for it. [...]Stop considering this purchase, and go ahead & get it! You won't regret it!

Comments about KitchenAid Classic Series Stand Mixer - K45SSWH:

We own our own bakery and have a floor model Anvil gold top that we use for large mixes but sometimes we need smaller mixes and this one is just right. It is actually our second one in about 15 years . The only issue we have with it is that there is no factory service in the state of Georgia where we are so, when the speed control went out on the first one, we had to buy a new one instead of having the older on repaired. The first one still runs very well after many years of loyal service and we would highly rrcommend it to any one, pro or homemaker.
