We make lots of tasty sandwiches on the grill.It is also good for steaks and chops.I have found the recipe book to be very helpful in finding additional uses for the product.The quality has been a pleasant surprise.

Nice product, but the [*] instruction manual I've ever seen. Fortunately, using the machine is easy to figure out, but DeLonghi could have done us all a big favor by adequately describing how to use this puppy.
