Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
It really helps to work out those muscle knots. I have used it when my fibromyalgia flares up and it has helped. The only thing that I'd like to see is if it could be made lighter. The weight makes it tough on my arm and shoulder of the hand that is holding it - especially when my chronic pain has flared up. Or maybe a holder could be made to set it in so that it could be hands free on the back.
