I use this streamer instead of ironing and I love it! I have been using this steamer for over a year and have not had any trouble at all. It starts steaming quickly. I do iron my khakis because I starch them. I steam everything else because it is so easy.

The only thing that I could get this thing to efficiently remove wrinkles from was a pair of jeans, which i can just use the wrinkle releaser spray for and is much easier. It's flimsy, required frequent resetting to actually get the steam to come out, and just plain didn't get rid of wrinkles efficiently. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
