Living in a condo space is a premium. This ladder folds fairly flat and it's lightweight construction makes it easy to carry and use. But even better is that the low weight makes it easy to store. If you are looking for an easy to use ladder that is well built and sturdy then look no farther.

I use this ladder for repairs, replacing bulbs, cleaning inside and outside the house, for any work not within my reach. It is so light that I, as a senior citizen with various painful conditions, can lift it easily and steady myself on the wide steps and by the tall handle. There are no negatives about it. I have three other ladders similar to this one, but they are too heavy and are collecting dust. I'm buying one for my married son now and can highly recommend it.
