I cannot sleep with any kind of noise. I have tried many humidifiers and this one is quiet. You do not hear it at all. The water tank is easy to fill. I would recommend this product for anybody who likes quiet when they are sleeping.

This product was just what we needed. A co-worker and I both purchased this product at the same time because our office is really dry. It has really helped and it is quiet, doesn't run out of water quickly and is small enough to sit on a desk.
